Hi! I'm Bex, most of you know me from my previous blogs Bexluvs and Bexcoox, good blogs which are doing well individually but I woke up one day and thought to myself why not merge both to create a one stop centre to share your obsession with food and fashion? The one sided conversation went a bit like this:
Wise Bex: Wake up lazy bones, we need to talk
Lazy Bex: I'd rather just sleep thank you very much
Wise Bex is rather annoying and acts like she knows everything, it takes her hours to explain simple stuff and she loves diagrams and lists, her top searches in 2013 were 'how to make people do what you want' and 'hypnosis for strong willed people' aside from the fact that she's quite pompous and thinks every idea of her should be patented, she comes up with the most harebrained schemes (like that one time she tried to convince me that threatening to run away from home if my dad didn't . I think she wanted to be a preacher but her dreams were cut short when Lazy Bex reached puberty and discovered boys!
Wise Bex: Wake up! I just got a brainwave! If you don't wake up this instant I will never speak to you again
Lazy Bex: Don't make promises you don't intend keeping sweetie (I pulled the covers over my head willing her to make good her promise never to speak to me again).
Wise Bex: (ignoring me and ploughing on) I think you should merge both bexluvs and bexcoox
Lazy Bex: (now wide awake) huh? Why would I want to do that?
Wise Bex: Oya go back to bed na (she has a strong Port Harcourt ccent btw). Msheeeeew. Anyway I think you should merge them together and start a lifestyle blog, oya come lemme tell you how to do it......
........and thats how Bextux came to be!!!!
